Welcome to RayHRM. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RayHRM software, website, and mobile applications provided by RayHRM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration
To use RayHRM, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information for your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password.
2. Use of the Services
RayHRM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the Services.
- Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Services to any third party.
- Use the Services to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
3. Subscription and Fees
RayHRM is a paid service billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select. All fees are exclusive of all taxes (such as GST), levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
4. Data Ownership and Compliance
You retain all rights and ownership to the employee data you upload into RayHRM. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and consents (including under the DPDP Act) to collect, process, and store your employees' personal data in our system.
5. Service Availability and Support
We strive to provide 99.99% uptime. However, the Services may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or for unscheduled emergency maintenance, or because of other causes beyond our reasonable control.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RayHRM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
