- Employee Data: HR-related data uploaded by the employer, including attendance records, salary details, PAN/Aadhaar details (if required for payroll), and leave history.
- Biometric & Location Data: If enabled by your employer, we may collect GPS location during mobile punch-ins, or selfie photographs for facial recognition to prevent proxy attendance.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services. Specifically, we use your information to:
- Process payroll, calculate taxes (TDS, PF, ESIC), and generate payslips.
- Provide and deliver the products and services you request, process transactions, and send you related information, including confirmations and invoices.
- Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests and provide customer service.
3. Data Security and Residency
We implement robust security measures to protect your information. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using bank-level 256-bit encryption. To comply with Indian data residency regulations, all customer data is hosted exclusively on AWS servers located within India (Mumbai region).
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (e.g., banking partners for direct salary disbursement or SMS gateways for OTPs).
